#ALW23 Update: Programme and Useful Info

We’re less than a week away from the Athens Leather Weekend and we are really looking forward to it! Everything is set up and ready (apart from the usual last-minute small issues that always come up), so this is a post with some useful information about our event.

Programme

The entire weekend programme is available online and you may access it through this link. There is further information for some of the events if you click on the relevant icon.

Dress Code

There can be no leather weekend without leather, so all events have a dress code – how strict this dress code is depends on the event. As a general rule, daytime events have a more relaxed dress code. Also, going to a bar for a drink or many will also mean a more relaxed dress code than a ticketed party event.

The Big Bar Leather Social is more focused on leather whereas GEAR Athens in Lamda Bar is open to any sort of fetish: leather, rubber, lycra, puppy, harness, jock, etc. We apologise we cannot let in people dressed casually at this event. If you are not sure if your outfit abides to the dress code, please email us.

Both Big Bar and Lamda Bar have changing areas where you can dress up on your outfit in the venue. Lamda Bar has also lockers and there is some storage space in Big Bar - but this one is more limited, so if you need to store your belongings in the bar, please consider doing so only if absolutely necessary and ideally contact either us or the bar itself to let us know in advance.

Payments, Ticketing, Registration

As this is our first event of this kind, we have decided to keep things as simple as possible so, for this year, there is no option to buy online any tickets in advance neither are there any day or weekend passes available. We will aim towards such a model in the future. For this year, please simply pay at the venue.

However, for some events for which we do need to know number of people attending in order to book a table, i.e. the Saturday brunch and the Sunday lunch, we do need you to register online in advance for free, by filling in this form. If you plan to join us at these events, please take one minute to fill in this form, we only need name, email address and number of people joining (surname is optional).
