Athens Leather Weekend 2025! Almost there!

Hello everyone,

It’s almost time for this year’s Athens Leather Weekend, and we hope to see as many of you as possible. With less than a week to go, here’s a final briefing that should be useful for everyone:

Payments & Ticketing

As in previous years, things remain informal: there is no online pre-sale of wristbands or anything similar. The weekend operates on a pay-at-the-venue basis — and please remember that many businesses in Athens still prefer cash.

A few specifics:

• Saturday night @ SMUT Athens: This is the only event where you can buy a ticket in advance online. We strongly recommend doing so via the RA website or the venue’s own website.

• Saturday brunch / Sunday lunch: Please register your attendance using this online form, so we can confirm accurate numbers with the venues.

• Sunday morning shibari workshop: Registration is also required — please sign up via this form.

• Alexander’s leather cruising event: ALW visitors get a special discounted entrance (€13 instead of €17). Just show this voucher at the door to receive the discount.

  
  

Dress Code

This is a leather event — so the more gear, the better! That said, the weekend is also for people who are curious or new to the scene, so the dress code is not strict. Other fetishes are absolutely welcome too: rubber, skinhead, puppies, etc.

(And for anyone shy about travelling in gear: all venues have space to change. We also have an Airbnb near Kerameikos Metro if you’d like to gear up there.)

ALW Events

All official events are listed on our online platforms and carry the Athens Leather Weekend logo.

We appreciate the enthusiasm of local businesses organising parallel fetish events; however, if those clash with ours, we can only prioritise, support, and promote our own programme.

• Everyone Welcome

Finally, we may be running an event about gay leathermen, but all our events are inclusive: all genders, sexualities, fetishes are welcome!
